Tim Becker was the first employee hired when Keith and Sandy began their first business in 1995. He was just 15, but worked harder than many full grown men!

Twenty-one years and several businesses later, he is wearing many hats for Becker Complete Compactor, Inc.

He does sales, marketing, estimates, trade shows, site surveys and inspections. He helps to instill the company’s core values of honesty and integrity.

What makes Tim the valued employee that he is (to customers and his co-workers) is that he leads by example.
